SpaceDreams announces the acquisition of SUD PROJET, a long-standing company in the Toulouse aerospace ecosystem and the Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region, specialized in mechanical design for special-purpose machines and industrial systems.
Established more than thirty years ago, Sud Projet is a Tier-1 supplier to Airbus Aircraft, developing industrial systems for aircraft assembly lines.
The company employs over 20 people in Montauban and holds ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certifications for its design office and production workshop.
SpaceDreams places great importance on working closely with the historical leadership, Alban Tristan and Christine Navarre, as well as with the employees who have helped the company thrive over the years.
Together, we are committed to continuing to serve Sud Projet’s long-standing customers while expanding towards European launch vehicle programs.
This acquisition aligns with our vertical integration strategy, aimed at reducing costs and controlling the industrialization processes of our critical products.
It will give us greater agility in developing the functional modules that make up the Next-generation Universal Launch Pad (NUPAD) — our modular and mobile multi-launcher platform.
