About SpaceDreamS

Founded in 2021 and based in Paris and Toulouse, SpaceDreamS are spaceport architects.
The company’s mission is to enhance the competitiveness of launch systems by developing interoperable and modular launch pads.
SpaceDreamS provides turnkey ground solutions for launch vehicles and spaceports, aiming to reduce the cost and time to access space.

A multiple laureate of the France 2030 program, SpaceDreamS is supported by the DGA, CNES, and ESA, fostering the growth of its clients across France and Europe.

The company is developing NuPad (Next-generation Universal Pad), the first interoperable launch pad adaptable to any type of launch vehicle and transferable between certified launch sites.

The TwinPad is the digital twin of the ground launch system.
It facilitates the development of launcher and launch pad operational software, as well as virtual and real-time simulation of cryogenic, electrical, and mechanical fluid processes.

SpaceDreamS is also conducting preliminary studies on ground support systems for various mini and micro launchers.

Role

The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end management of projects, from bid preparation to project closure.
You may work on one or multiple projects depending on their size and complexity.

You will coordinate teams, manage resources, control costs and timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
You will also ensure project continuity in the short and medium term, while anticipating long-term resourcing and organizational needs.

The projects concern both institutional and commercial clients, including engineering and strategy studies up to the PDR (Preliminary Design Review) level, covering themes such as:

  • The future of European Space Transportation,
  • Test and launch facilities for 2040,
  • Interoperable infrastructure and coactivity between stakeholders,
  • Novel launch approaches and operational innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Bid Management : Analyze client specifications and prepare bids in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
  • Project Management : Organize internal and external meetings, lead the team, manage schedules and risks, and ensure that objectives of quality, cost, and delivery are achieved.
  • Reporting and Forecasting : Provide regular reports, consolidate budget forecasts, and communicate key insights for the company’s strategic objectives.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management in the aerospace or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in bid management, project management, and reporting/forecasting.
  • Experience in complex industrial environments involving mechanical, fluidic, and control & command systems.
  • Strong technical background and ability to interface with both clients and engineers.
  • Excellent organization, rigor, and risk management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project.
  • Fluent English required. French is a plus, but not mandatory.
