Rather than starting from scratch, each project builds on a validated technical foundation, including fluid processing systems, mechanical structures, and control networks, which is then adapted to the specific engine test requirements.
Existing modules are adapted for the specific needs. They can be delivered as off-the-shelf units, configurable as skids, containerized systems, or fixed installations, depending on the test environment.
Each module performs key functions: propellant processing and handling, mechanical clamping and thrust measurement, monitoring and control of all sensors and actuators. The modules are brought together in an integrated platform, complete with operational test procedures. Safety is assured at every step thanks to automated processes.
This approach scales to different propulsion technologies, thrust classes, and propellants. It ensures shorter engineering and commissioning times, while maintaining the flexibility to evolve across different test configurations and propellant types.
Beyond Engine Testing
Our modular approach extends beyond propulsion test benches to a broader range of applications, including materials testing, component testing, and actuator qualification, with additional configurations available on request for specific test needs. We can design and build custom test benches for your unique challenges.
