Today, SpaceDreamS is an industrial group structured around three complementary entities covering the entire lifecycle of space infrastructure, from design through to operational use.
The ground segment systems developed by the group (launch pads, test benches, launch platforms and associated digital systems) are industrial assets whose lifecycles span several decades: initial years of design and development, an industrialization phase, followed by a long period of operation, maintenance and evolution. The group’s organization reflects this industrial reality by positioning each entity in a specific strategic segment.

Group strategy
SpaceDreamS leads the Group with design, system architecture and development of space solutions. It creates the key technology building blocks (NuPad, TestPad, SeaPad and TwinPad) before they are operated by the other entities.
It also supports states and industrial partners in defining their future launch capabilities, through feasibility studies and strategic consulting. This is the Group’s commercial entry point, targeting two types of clients: states developing an autonomous access-to-space capability, and private companies developing launchers.
SpaceDreamS generated over €3M in revenue in 2025, and is targeting over €10M in 2026.
SudProjet
SudProjet, acquired in early 2025, is the Group’s industrial division. It runs its own commercial strategy across its historical markets, with its own customers and its own business model, while also supporting SpaceDreamS’s space projects. It generated approximately €3M in revenue in 2025.
The new factory project, planned to be completed by the end of 2027, aims to increase its capacity to support its growth. Starting at the end of 2026, SudProjet will also develop a cryogenics activity to strengthen the Group’s industrial integration and to master a strategic capability required for the operation of space infrastructure by SpaceDoorS.

SpaceDoorS
SpaceDoorS, established in Belgium in early 2026, is the Group’s operations and services division. It steps in once infrastructure has been developed and brought into service, to ensure its operational use, maintain its operational condition, carry out maintenance, provide launch campaign support, and deliver related services. SpaceDoorS operates the assets developed by SpaceDreamS, supports customers who have acquired this infrastructure, and also offers its services to third-party operators with their own ground systems.
