Common and Specific Means
Hosting any launcher without rebuilding the launch pad may sound impossible, yet it’s precisely what the NuPad delivers. Our modular architecture separates the pad into common means, shared across all missions, and launcher-specific means, tailored to each vehicle’s unique interfaces.
In practice, around 80% of the pad relies on this proven common core, while only 20% is adapted per launcher. This solution dramatically reduce integration time, cost, and risk for every new mission.

Common Operations
The launcher arrives at the spaceport in the launch assembly facility, together with its launcher-specific hardware. There, it is prepared horizontally: the payload is integrated, and the vehicle is connected to the NuPad’s mobile elements: the launch table and the mast, among others.
Once assembly and integration are complete, the platform is transported to the launch pad, where the launcher is made vertical, ready for final operations and lift-off.
Propellant Boxes
Propellant boxes enable the delivery of propellants to the launcher. They are compatible with liquid oxygen, methane, kerosene and other propellants on demand.
These systems are used for filling and emptying the launchers tanks, managing pressure, or performing cooldown operations. Each unit is a turnkey system that includes fluid, mechanical, control-command, and operating software components, able to adapt to different launch vehicles.
With advanced thermal insulation and automated flow control, they guarantee stable and efficient fueling. Built for reliability, the system supports reusable rocket operations and reduces turnaround times between launches.


Control-Command
Our ground control-command system is designed to interface with any launcher’s onboard control-command, regardless of its architecture or manufacturer.
Deployed across the spaceport, it connects seamlessly to the launcher’s control-command to orchestrate all critical operations, from fueling and pressurization to final countdown and lift-off. This ensures full interoperability without requiring modifications to the launcher’s native systems. A standard API is used to exchange information between the ground and launch vehicle.
Clamping system
Our clamping is interchangeable and adaptable to different launchers. This technology firmly holds the stage to the pad, ensuring that the launcher does not lift off prematurely before reaching nominal thrust.
Designed to withstand extreme loads and vibrations, the clamping systems release simultaneously with precise timing, enabling a controlled and reliable lift-off.

TwinPad
Digital twin integrated

The TwinPad combines virtual and real-time operations management for launch complexes, enabling seamless control and monitoring at every stage. It can simulate ground system processes using nearby infrastructure — even if it’s not owned by SpaceDreamS — ensuring full operational flexibility.
